Adventure's in Science and Art
This
adventurous science drama is
a fun, half-hour children’s science video that uses an inquiry-based
learning model to integrate science and art. Designed for 6-10 year-olds,
the video
encourages viewers to seek out creative ways of interpreting the world
around them and invokes a vision of science as a continuous journey of
discovery, imagination and creativity. A 32nd
Annual Northern California Area EMMY Awards winner.

Body Image: The Quest for Perfection
A 30-minute video designed to promote conversation about the feelings
and sources connected to the issues surrounding body image. The video explores
the important
role that body image plays in women's lives throughout many sectors of society.

was an honoree at the 2001 Western Psychological Association Conference and the
National Media Education Conference. It was also a first place winner in the

Recycling News
Produced for the San Francisco Department of the Environment, "Recycling
News" teaches kids about the basics of composting. Roving reporter Leila
takes viewers step-by-step through the composting process, exploring the fascinating
and wonderful world of organic waste and worms along the way. It has won
awards from Earthvision, the Broadcast Education Association and the Columbus
International Film and Video festival.
Into the Forest
This video is designed to prepare students for their trip to Muir
Woods, a national park that is home to the magnificent redwood tree. The
video follows a group
of students as they learn about the role of a park ranger; the plants and
animals of the forest; and how to be a nature detective.
